Abstract During the Anti-Japanese War, two women's constitutional movements were launched in the rear area. During the women's constitutional movement, women from all parties and factions from all walks of life gathered together to discuss issues such as how the women's sector could carry out the constitutional movement. The Chinese Women's Constitutional Government Symposium and the Women's Constitutional Government Symposium in various places were established, and the Chinese Women's Constitutional Government Research Association was also established. These female elites conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as what is the women's constitutional movement, the relationship between women and constitutional government, the relationship between women and the Anti-Japanese War, how to view the women's constitutional movement, and how to implement women's constitutional government. Through extensive discussions, all parties, factions and women’s circles from all walks of life have reached a certain consensus. For example, they believe that the women’s constitutional movement needs to improve women’s political literacy, mobilize grassroots women to participate, set quotas for women’s representatives, improve cultural and educational levels, and require women to Make conscious efforts. The two women's constitutional movements enlightened women's political consciousness. While liberating women, they also stimulated their awareness and concept of political participation, thereby establishing women's political identity and political participation. Through the wartime women's constitutional movement, women's awareness of political participation was stimulated.
